BICESTER, United Kingdom (October 9, 2026) – Broad Arrow, driven by Hagerty (NYSE: HGTY), is delighted to announce the expansion of its EMEA team with the addition of four new specialists, beginning this month. All seasoned veterans of their respective fields, the new specialists will grow Broad Arrow’s footprint in the United Kingdom and continental Europe. Joining the team are Jonathan Middag (Car Specialist, based in The Netherlands), Loïc Maschi (Car Specialist, based in France), Estelle Perry (Collectibles Specialist, based in France), and Ben Walker (Director of Motorcycle Sales, based in the United Kingdom).
“Broad Arrow has quickly become a trusted advisor for collector cars worldwide,” says Joe Twyman, Vice President of Sales, EMEA. “In just a few short years, we’ve built an exceptional team of passionate specialists as well as an ever-growing European auction calendar aligned with the hobby’s top events, with more to come in 2027. We’re thrilled to have them on board as we continue to broaden our client network and enhance the Broad Arrow experience across collector cars, motorcycles, and memorabilia.”
Broad Arrow expands its specialist team following tremendous success in Europe and the United Kingdom, first with its robust Broad Arrow Private Sales and Broad Arrow Capital financing arms, followed by its debut European live auctions in 2025, which included inaugural sales as the official auction partner of the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este in Italy, one of the official auction partners of Zoute Grand Prix in Belgium, and the official auction partner of Auto Zürich in Switzerland. Broad Arrow Auctions’ second annual Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este Auction in May 2026 was another resounding success, totalling €40.8 million in sales, with an 87 percent sell-through rate. The auction house returns with its Zoute Concours Auction in collaboration with Zoute Grand Prix this week on 9 October in Knokke-Heist, Belgium.
Broad Arrow will further grow its European auction calendar in 2027 with the addition of its new Paris Auction, set for 3 February at the iconic Peninsula Paris during Rétromobile week. The highly curated sale is currently inviting consignments. Early highlights are soon to be announced and include an exceedingly rare, Ferrari Classiche certified 1950 Ferrari 195 Inter Coupé by Ghia, currently on advanced view at Broad Arrow’s Zoute Concours preview and auction.
Jonathan Middag joins the Broad Arrow team as a Car Specialist based in The Netherlands. A lifelong fascination with cars led to a career that began as a junior editor for several car magazines, which propelled Jonathan to a role as sponsorship manager for a racing team that competed in the Le Mans Series and the 24 Hours of Le Mans. He later found his way back to road cars, working as marketing manager for a well-known Ferrari dealership. After 12 years, Jonathan chose to continue his career in the auction world and now comes to Broad Arrow after working for a reputable collector car dealership. Prior to this, Jonathan had been working for several years at Bonhams. Jonathan’s expertise lies with Ferraris from the 1950s to the 2000s, with a deep knowledge of other Italian and British marques.
Loïc Maschi, based in Paris, comes to Broad Arrow following more than a decade in the collector car auction world, most recently serving as Senior Specialist and Head of Sale for Monaco at Bonhams. Throughout his career, Loïc has contributed to auctions at some of the world’s most prominent automotive events and venues and has advised collectors across Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States on the acquisition and sale of significant and desirable automobiles. Loïc brings a combination of market knowledge, technical understanding, and a transparent approach to his role at Broad Arrow, with a particular appreciation for pre-war automobiles and classics of the 1950s and 1960s along with modern collectibles, hypercars, and competition, racing, and rally cars.
Beyond motor cars, Broad Arrow has also seen great success with the offering of significant automotive and motorsport memorabilia and collectibles via its live auctions, as well as with its dedicated online memorabilia sales. Estelle Perry joins the Broad Arrow team as a Collectibles Specialist based in Paris, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the international auction world together with a lifelong passion for collecting and automotive history. Born into a family of collectors, Estelle’s passion for Automobilia has remained a defining part of her life. She owned an art car gallery in Paris before building a successful career in the auction industry, working with collectors, dealers, and institutions across the international market. As a collector herself, she brings a genuine understanding of the passion, knowledge, and personal stories at the heart of the collector community.
