Following the publication on 28 April 2026 of Tullow Oil Plc’s (“the Company”) Full Year Results for the year ended 31 December 2025, the Company announces it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for this period (the “Annual Report”).
The Company’s 2026 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at the Company’s registered address at 9 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5XT on 10 June 2026 at 11.00am.
