Net Result for World Tennis in Wimbledon Let

The organisation that runs tennis across the world is moving into new premises close to the spiritual home of the sport – in Wimbledon

Property consultancy Vail Williams successfully negotiated a deal for World Tennis – formerly the International Tennis Federation – to take space at FIVE, the refurbished 5 St Georges House.

World Tennis, the global authority and guardian of the sport, is leasing 18,769 sq ft over the second and part third floors of this fully refurbished, high‑quality office building.

The organisation will move into FIVE, located at the heart of Wimbledon, once its bespoke fit out is complete. Lease terms remain confidential.

Vail Williams acted for long-standing client, investment and development company CLIM, in securing the tenant. Knight Frank acted for World Tennis.

FIVE has been designed to offer a blend of ground floor amenity and co-working spaces, breakout/well-being areas, concierge, and flexible workspace on the upper floors, all with a strong emphasis on sustainability and with plug and play available.

The property is just two minutes from Wimbledon station, with Wimbledon Quarter, Elys Department Store and New Wimbledon Theatre all nearby, and the unspoilt area of Wimbledon Park and Wimbledon Village just up the hill.

Full refurbishment works are now underway with best-in-class offering being delivered in Q1 2027 with Vail Williams and joint agent Lewis & Co marketing space ranging from 2,750 to 25,102 sq ft.

Andrew Baillie, associate, is leading the Vail Williams team marketing FIVE St Georges House, with partner Guy Parkes.

He said: “This newly delivered office space is a standout arrival for Wimbledon, addressing a clear shortage of high‑quality workspace in the area.

“I expect strong demand from occupiers looking for premium accommodation within a building that encourages community, wellbeing and collaborative working.

“The combination of excellent transport links and a green, Wimbledon location – yet with central London close at hand – will be a major draw for businesses.”

Anthony Rajwan, director at investment and development CLIM which owns the building, said: “We’ve worked with Vail Williams across several projects and value the relationship. The team has delivered an excellent result, securing a high‑quality tenant through a well‑managed and professional leasing process. We’re excited to see further lettings at this landmark Wimbledon building.”

Vail Williams’ full-service property advice includes commercial agency, investment and development advice, building consultancy, property valuation, planning, lease advisory, property asset management, business rates and occupier consultancy.
