Apartments within the Blakeney and Cove buildings at Harbour Village have now been released for sale, with a selection of one, two and three-bedroom homes for sale with a 20 per cent reduction on their open market value.
To be eligible for the discount, customers must be first-time buyers, with a household income of less that 45 per cent of the discounted price, and have a local connection through residency, employment or family.
Bellway plans to build a total of 630 new homes at Harbour Village, including 189 affordable homes available for local people through low-cost rent, shared ownership or discount to market value across the wider development.
Phase 3A comprises a total of 273 apartments across eight buildings, alongside a new riverside promenade and open space with informal play equipment and an outdoor gym and two new community centres. Four of the apartment blocks will feature podium gardens while three of the other blocks will have brown roofs to promote biodiversity.
