Time is running out to join an award-winning new community in Hassocks, with just a handful of homes remaining.
Taylor Wimpey’s Ockley Park, in Avenue De Warenne, is a development of around 500 homes along with a community park and orchard. The new community has attracted a wide range of residents with its mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom houses.

Among the first residents to settle into their new home at Ockley Park were Ellanie and Adam Fullbrook, who upgraded from a two-bedroom bungalow to Taylor Wimpey’s four-bedroom detached Rightford home.
The couple were on the lookout for a home that could comfortably accommodate their needs as a growing young family, which offered flexible living spaces for their son Ethan to grow.
Ellanie and Adam said: “Initially we wanted to explore other options, but with Ockley Park offering great value for money, the decision was easy. We loved the layout and the flow of the house and with a study downstairs, we’ve been able to use one of the bedrooms as a playroom for Ethan.”
