G Live sees the return of their Guildford International Concert Season for a fifteenth consecutive year.
The Guildford Season opens on 13 October 2026, with the return of The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra with conductor Kristian Sallinen performing Beethoven’s dramatic Egmont Overture and Mozart: Clarinet Concerto. The Orchestra are providing a trio of concerts this season including the likes of Sibelius: Symphony No 5 (13 Feb) and a programme featuring masterpieces by Tchaikovsky (25 May).
Other concerts in the season come from renowned international orchestras including Flanders Symphony Orchestra (4 Nov) performing Vaughn Williams: The Lark Ascending, Ukrainian National Philharmonic Orchestra (4 Mar) who bring Beethoven: Symphony No 5 to life under the guise of Music Director Theodore Kuchar and the return of Czech National Symphony Orchestra (25 May) with Dvorak: Symphony No 9.
The Hanover Band join G Live for a Christmas classic of Handel: Messiah, the perfect treat for music lovers of all ages to come together this festive season.
The venue also welcomes the return of Orchestra for the Environment with Emma Johnson OBE in the new year presenting Mozart’s Jupiter Symphony, inspired by the power of nature.
G Live is delighted to welcome, for a fourth year, The Cheryl King Trust as the Guildford International Season’s charity partner. The Cheryl King Trust aims to remove the financial barriers that prevent young people in Surrey learning a musical instrument. Providing bursaries for instrument and singing lessons, as well as grants to local music ensembles, G Live hopes to shine a spotlight on their work, and to inspire more young people across Surrey to experience the joy of making music.
