Taylor Wimpey has announced the upcoming launch of its new developments in Barton-le-Clay, The Vista and Clayridge Park at Barton Grange.
Due to go on sale on 26th September 2026, Barton Grange will bring 500 new homes, split across the two developments, to the Barton-le-Clay community.
The Vista at Barton Grange will comprise 248 two to five-bedroom homes and, once completed, will have a new care facility. Clayridge Park at Barton Grange will offer 252 new homes, ranging from two-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom houses and will also feature a new primary school once completed.
A selection of the homes available will be bungalows and 30% of the offering will be designated affordable housing.
